Refund Policy

If you are not happy with what you bought then bring it back for whatever you like. Money back, credit note or exchange. This helps both of us in 2 ways.  It gives the customer peace of mind when making a purchase that he wants to give more thought to after the transaction. It also allows us to create a greater trust between the store and the customer. We may not have what you want when you walk in but we know where to find it and will bring it to the store on approval with a deposit - Custom clothing is exempted from this because it can’t be sold to anyone else - only you.

Delivery
Sometimes we need things in a rush and need things delivered. If you can’t come to us, we will come to you.

MTM presentations

It happens every so often, that a customer prefers to be measured for a custom suit at work or at home. We do make offsite presentations.  Just call and let us know when and where you want to see us.
